Battlefield of the Mind
So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.

A much needed read to reflect on after yesterday's post and realization that evil is real and active in the world.
As Catholics we are not called to run from the culture. On the contrary, we are called to stand in the middle of the culture and live the truth. -
---
The enemy wants the next generation of Catholics pretty badly and will do whatever it takes to corrupt their souls. The question is how badly we want the next generation of Catholics.
Ordinary Lives Extraordinary Mission
Not just Catholics though.
However as Catholics (Catholic meaning universal) it is our duty to stand up for what we believe in.
To fight against the prince of lies. The evil one. To show that no good for nothing devil that we will not fall into his trap. We stand with God. We fight for His greater glory and the good of all man kind.
So I am going to change the last sentence of the second paragraph quoted ~
"How badly do we want the next generation of not only Catholics but everyone, period?"
Great post! I kind of stumbled across your blog, and I definitely agree with you that there's a spiritual battle raging for the hearts and minds of Catholics. We all have a responsibility to love God and to fight against sin, and there definitely needs to be an awakening among the next generation of Catholics. Good luck with your future posts!
ReplyDeleteStefan, I want to thank you for your kind comment. It's people like you who make me want to continue blogging! God bless you ~
