Holy Saturday

Today we are in-between Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

It's Holy Saturday.

Imagine the confusion and heartbreak for the apostles on this day.

There wasn't an in-between day.

They didn't remember Jesus's words about the Resurrection. Or rather, they forgot or did not understand what He meant.

Holy Saturday to them was the beginning of their despair.

Think of how we feel today when we know there will be a Resurrection.

I feel torn. Part of me is still dwelling on Good Friday and the other part of me is already celebrating Easter Sunday.

I am in-between.

Something horrific happened and yet something unimaginable is yet to come.

On this day we are heartbroken and confused too.

However, Truth has been passed down to us of knowing what is to come.

Who is to come.

This feeling of in-between will pass away.

We have faith and hope in the Resurrection!
