Worthy is the Lamb

"And not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.  For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?" Hebrews 9:12-14 

The other night I was reading in my bible when I came to find this passage. I wanted to share it with you. If you're like me you'll have to reread the passage over and over. By doing this you'll get a clearer vision of what Paul is saying. Maybe ;)   

I am moved by these gentle words which speak of Jesus' effortless thinking to give His life for us. "Like a sheep lead to the slaughter." Isaiah 53:7 

We are washed clean through the blood of the Lamb. The Lamb of God! 

No matter how big the sin is Jesus is waiting with open arms outstretched to embrace us. Visualize the cross. We are loved so much, we're to die for! 

"He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed,
miracles that cannot be counted.
He bestows rain on the earth He sends water upon the countryside.
The lowly He sets on high, and those who mourn are lifted to safety." 
Job 5:9-11 

How awesome our God is!
