The Assumption into Heaven

Today is the Feast of the Assumption. 

A celebration of Mary's entrance into Heaven. 

"The Queen stands at your right hand arrayed in gold." Psalm 45 

We are not promised happiness in this world. 

Only in the next. 

That's what our Lady told St. Bernadette. 

"The spiritual life is a constant invitation to go beyond the shallow and superficial offerings of this world and seek out the deep places."
