Make Your Heart a Home

"At night, we retire into our own houses. St. Ambrose spoke of that inner room in our houses where we go to pray. He meant the heart, where God dwells, make our house his own." Magnificat Evening Prayer

Before you go to bed tonight, think about those words.

Is my heart a house for God to dwell in?

Examine your heart.

Clean your "house," your heart, for Jesus to dwell.

But after preparing the dwelling place, don't forget to give thanks.

Make your heart a home.

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly." Antoine de Saint-Exupery
